DIAA NSW branch hosts an annual dairy product competition based on the entries' technical merit.
The competition is judged by industry experts selected for their specific dairy product knowledge.
To be eligible to enter, a company must manufacture or sell its dairy products in NSW. It must also have at least one DIAA member on staff.
Entries into the 2018 competition are now closed. The judging will take place on 30-31 May, with the results announced at the 2018 DIAA NSW Conference
on 3 July.
