DIAA NSW branch hosts an annual dairy product competition based on the entries' technical merit.
The competition is judged by industry experts selected for their specific dairy product knowledge.
To be eligible to enter, a company must manufacture or sell its dairy products in NSW.
of the 2017 DIAA NSW Competition were announced on 17 July 2017.
