DIAA VIC branch hosts an annual dairy product competition based on the entries' technical merit.
The competition is judged by industry experts selected for their specific dairy product knowledge.
To be eligible to enter, a company must manufacture or sell its dairy products in Victoria.
Judging of the 2017 competition took place in Werribee on 6-8 March 2017. The winners were announced at a gala lunch at the DIAA Victorian Conference on 10-11 May 2017.
The DIAA would like to thank CSIRO's Food Innovation Centre in Werribee for providing judging facilities for the competition.
