DIAA VIC branch hosts an annual dairy product competition based on the entries' technical merit.
The competition is judged by industry experts selected for their specific dairy product knowledge.
To be eligible to enter, a company must manufacture its dairy products in Victoria.
Entries into the 2018 DIAA Victorian Dairy Product Competition are now open. Entries close on Friday, 16 February 2018.
The winners will be announced at a gala lunch at the 2018 DIAA Victorian Conference on 10-11 May 2018.
The DIAA would like to thank CSIRO's Food Innovation Centre in Werribee for providing judging facilities for the competition.
