In 2020, the DIAA is hosting two sensory evaluation courses, one for cheese and one for dairy products. The two-day, intensive, hands-on courses will be held back-to-back in Werribee in March:
Trained dairy and cheese judges will guide participants through sensory evaluation theory, followed by practical sensory evaluation techniques for each product type, with plenty of practice.
The price for each course is $440 plus GST for DIAA members and $580 plus GST for non-members. Non-member price includes DIAA membership for 2020.
Knowledge tests and certificate of attendance are included.
