Professional Workshop: 'Clean label – simple ingredients'

International research has highlighted that having a “clean label” is not a trend, it’s become the “new norm”, with many consumers willing to pay more for food & drink products made with ingredients they recognise and trust. Understanding “clean labels” has become more important than ever.

DIAA WA Branch is holding a professional workshop with a number of industry speakers, who will cover topics including understanding probiotic cultures, native starches and natural flavours, marketing insights and more. See below for outline.

Date: Friday 27th March, 2020 (day before the annual Awards Dinner)

Time: 2-6pm

Member price: $5 for DIAA members

Non-member special early-bird: $10 for non-members who book before March 13. After this date, the non-member price rises to $20.

If you have questions about the course, contact Marina Shufrin on 0437 203 615.
