Professional Workshop: “Clean label – simple ingredients”

International research has highlighted that having a “clean label” is not a trend, it’s become the “new norm”, with many consumers willing to pay more for food & drink products made with ingredients they recognise and trust. Understanding “clean labels” has become more important than ever. 

DIAA WA Branch is holding a professional workshop with a number of industry speakers, who will cover topics including understanding probiotic cultures (Ch. Hansen), native starches (Tate & Lyle) and natural flavours (Magnum Essence), along with several others. 

Date: Friday 27th March, 2020 (day before the annual Awards Dinner)

Time: 2pm-6pm

Cost: Just $5 for DIAA members and $10 for non-members.
