While we had to cancel our on-premises event due to COVID-19, the joint DIAA-AIFST-WA PIRD professional workshop will now be run as a webinar, giving members access to this interesting information.
International research has highlighted that having a “clean label” is not a trend, it’s become the “new norm”, with many consumers willing to pay more for food & drink products made with ingredients they recognise and trust. Understanding “clean labels” has become more important than ever.
