Thank you to everyone who applied for the Chr. Hansen & DIAA Young Australians in Dairy US Scholarship, which closed on 31 December. How fantastic to see young DIAA members so invested in their dairy careers, doing some really interesting things.
The winning applicant has been chosen from a pile of really interesting submissions. So who is it? Well, what we can tell you so far about this DIAA member is that they are in their 30s, have the job title of Continuous Improvement Engineer, and have 3 overarching themes to their numerous dairy interests: cost, sustainability and innovation.
